  • Remove the crisper tray from the bottom of the basket.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200C / 400F for 5 minutes.
  • Add the onion, garlic and minced beef and break it up with a silicon tool. Spray with oil.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until the onions have softened and the minced beef has browned.
  • Add the celery, carrot, oregano, basil, chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. Season and mix well.
  • Air fry for a further 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
