How To Make Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli

- 80ml light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp beef stock
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar

Marinating The Beef
To infuse the beef with flavour, it’s essential to marinate it.
Add the soy sauce, cornflour, minced garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, stirring to coat the beef evenly.
Allow the beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for more flavour, refrigerate it for up to 2 hours.
Preparing The Broccoli
While the beef marinates, prepare the broccoli.
Begin by washing the broccoli florets thoroughly under cold running water.
Trim any excess stalks and separate the florets into bite-sized pieces.
Pat them dry using kitchen paper to remove any excess water.
Cooking The Beef And Broccoli
Preheat your air fryer to 190C / 380F for 8 minutes.
Add the broccoli florets to the basket. Season the broccoli with salt and pepper and spray with cooking oil.
