To help narrow down your options, here are some factors to consider:

Customer Reviews
Thank goodness we at last have an air fryer book actually written by a UK author with UK recipes and ideas ( and UK heat and quantity measurements ) I have nothing against our US cousins, but there are vast differences between our tastes, cooking ingredients weights, cooking times and general cooking terms. If I lived in the US, no problem , but I don’t.
I find this book a gem to read with beautiful photos of the dishes and mouth watering menus with clear instructions.
The standout feature for this book also is that it’s personalised from the author, who is not just a name on the cover. She writes an introduction, and personalises her thanks to her parents, which really endears the book to the reader, instead of a self/ or Amazon published book, which is characterless.
Clare, if there’s one thing I would have really liked in your book, it would have been to also cover the larger tabletop classic oven type 10 in 1 style Ninja air fryers too! I have a Ninja DT200UK model, which in all honesty, terrifies me! It looks amazing, I’ve had it out of its box to initially heat it up to burn off the manufacturing process smells then —— when cool, put it back and haven’t used it since😂
All the books I’ve read cover the two drawer original style air fryers, where you can simply remove one drawer and shake the contents and push it back , but it’s not so simple with the bigger models. Can you write one for us too ? I adore the book, I love your style of writing, and your personalisation suggests that you’re a lovely person too! I might even get really brave and try some of the menus, although I’m sure the basic operation is the same for my larger unit. It doesn’t help that it’s made in stainless steel, too, so any cooking in it will eventually tarnish it, but that’s in my head – I should really get out more 😂
Brilliant book, I love it , highly recommended.
I have owned an air fryer for ages but just used it for cooking frozen food.
Not any more! This book showed me that there is so much that can be cooked in an air fryer that I have not used my oven at all
I have made Chicken Tika, salmon, crispy courgette , fruit crumble, bread, yes that’s right I have made bread and cakes and the most perfect boiled eggs.
In addition to the recipes there are timings for common foods and lots of information
It has totally revolutionised my eating habits . Within minutes I have a tasty nutritious meal to enjoy.
A must have addition to your cookery book library

Customer Reviews
This hard back book is nicely bound and of good quality. The photographs and recipes are excellent and easily followed. I like the initial information it gives on air frying, explaining the pre-heating and shake functions and explaining when to use them.
The section on frozen foods is particularly useful as I think most people start with these sort of foods to get used to the machine.
Of course there are trial and errors in using an air fryer but the timings given in this book mean the errors are less likely and easily remedied.
I have used a Cosori air fryer for over a year and recently purchased the dual zone model which is more versatile and allows the cooking of more than one item, so I decided to invest in a couple of cook books. This one has certainly proved its worth and I would recommend it.
If you are new to air frying or already have one, this has the book is perfect, unlike many out there, as of variety of recipes, from complex meals to the basics, I really recommend this purchase, if you need to air frying it gives you lots of advice and guidance, value for money and much cheaper than it is in the shops
