Air Fryer Breakfast for Two

Here’s a list of the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 Slices Black Pudding
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Sausages
  • 4 Bacon Rashers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Tin Baked Beans
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How To Cook Breakfast In The Air Fryer

To ensure even cooking and optimal results, preheat your air fryer to 200C/400F for 5 minutes.

Preparing The Scrambled Eggs And Tomatoes

Break the eggs into the ramekin dish. Add the milk salt and pepper. Beat gently until combined.

Cut the tomatoes in half and season with salt and pepper. Place both food items into the basket.

Air Frying The Bacon, Black Pudding And Sausages

Place the bacon rashers, black pudding and sausages in the basket, making sure they are evenly spaced and not overlapping but remember to leave room for the remaining food items if you have a one-basket air fryer.

If you have dual baskets, use one basket for the sausages, black pudding and bacon and the other basket for the remaining food items.

Air Fry at 200C/400F for 10 minutes. Turn the bacon and sausages after 5 minutes and stir the scrambled egg.

While the bacon, black pudding and sausages are cooking, prepare the beans.

Place the baked beans in a ramekin dish.

Once the 10 minutes have passed. Remove the scrambled eggs and replace them with the ramekin of beans. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
