Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the onions and the celery.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- Wash and peel the carrot and grate.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190C/375F for 8 minutes.
- Add the onion to the air fryer and spray with olive oil.
- Once the onion is soft, add the minced beef and garlic and air fry for 10-12 minutes at 190C/375F. Stir regularly. The mince will start to brown.
- After 10 minutes add the celery, oregano, basil, carrot, tinned chopped tomatoes, and tomato puree. Season well. Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Air fry at 190C/375F for a further 15 minutes. Stir regularly.
- Once cooked garnish with Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil leaves. Serve with some delicious garlic bread.
