In a bowl, combine 60g breadcrumbs, 60g grated Parmesan cheese, zest of half a lemon, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper to season.

Dip each cod fillet into 2 tablespoons of melted butter, ensuring it’s coated evenly.

Press the butter-coated cod fillets into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to stick the coating.
