  • Spread the Biscoff onto four digestives, and place one marshmallow on each biscuit.
  • Cook at 190 C / 380 F for 3 minutes or until the marshmallow has melted.
  • Once melted remove from the basket.
  • To finish, place a digestive spread with more Biscoff on the top. So easy!

38g  sugar

85g unsalted butter (cut into cubes)

110g dark chocolate (broken into pieces)

22g plain flour

1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk

  • Prepare 3 ramekins by greasing them well.
  • In a bowl suitable for the microwave, add the chocolate and butter.
  • Melt in 1-minute intervals checking constantly that it does not burn.
  • Beat the egg, vanilla extract, sugar and egg yolk in a large bowl using an electric or hand whisk.
  • Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and a pinch of salt.
  • Fill the ramekins halfway with the mixture.
  • Cook at 180 C / 360 F for 8-10 minutes
  • Remove from the basket and set aside for 2 minutes to cool.
  • To remove the cakes from the ramekins, run a knife around the outside and turn them onto a plate.
