80g soft brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

How To Make Air Fryer Cookie Dough Dessert
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Beat in the egg and add the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour to form a stiff cookie dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix into the cookie dough.
- Lightly grease two tin foil trays or suitable containers.
- Divide the dough evenly between the two baking trays.
- Then, flatten the cookie dough in the trays with the back of a spoon.
- Place in the basket and cook for 8 minutes at 180C / 360F.
- Once cooked remove from the basket and while still warm, top of ice cream.

- Spread the Biscoff onto four digestives, and place one marshmallow on each biscuit.
- Cook at 190 C / 380 F for 3 minutes or until the marshmallow has melted.
- Once melted remove from the basket.
- To finish, place a digestive spread with more Biscoff on the top. So easy!

2 eggs
2 slices of toast
250 ml milk
3-5 tbsp sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)

- Mix the eggs, milk, and 3–5 tablespoons of sugar in a suitable container.
- Tear the toast into 1.5-inch pieces and place it in the container, making sure it’s completely submerged in the egg mixture.
- Finish by sprinkling 1-2 tablespoons of sugar on top. This will help form a crispy top.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 180 C / 360 F or until golden brown.
- Serve with ice cream.

How To Cook Air Fryer Apple Crumble
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 C / 360 F.
- Peel and chop the apples into small chunks. Place the apples in a suitable air-frying container
- Combine the flour and butter in a mixing bowl.
- Rub it together with your hands until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Cook for 18 minutes at 180 C / 360 F.
- Check after 15 minutes if you find it browning too quickly place a piece of foil over the top and tuck it under the container.
- When the crumble has turned golden brown, it’s ready to enjoy!

Makes 3 cakes
38g sugar
85g unsalted butter (cut into cubes)
pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
110g dark chocolate (broken into pieces)
22g plain flour
1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk
How To Make Air Fryer Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes
- Prepare 3 ramekins by greasing them well.
- In a bowl suitable for the microwave, add the chocolate and butter.
- Melt in 1-minute intervals checking constantly that it does not burn.
- Beat the egg, vanilla extract, sugar and egg yolk in a large bowl using an electric or hand whisk.
- Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and a pinch of salt.
- Fill the ramekins halfway with the mixture.
- Cook at 180 C / 360 F for 8-10 minutes
- Remove from the basket and set aside for 2 minutes to cool.
- To remove the cakes from the ramekins, run a knife around the outside and turn them onto a plate.
